The San Antonio Pregnancy Care Center provides free and confidential pregnancy services, support and practical assistance for women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy. Free services include lab-quality pregnancy testing with immediate results, limited obstetrical ultrasounds for pregnancy confirmation and no-cost screening for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Women facing an unexpected pregnancy can also receive confidential peer counseling. They provide information and resources to help women understand their pregnancy and make informed decisions.

For women who continue their pregnancy, the center provides parenting education, mentoring and material assistance. Through its parenting program, participants receive practical baby items while learning skills that can help them prepare for pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. Material assistance may include diapers, baby clothing & hygiene products. Referrals may include doctors and health care, insurance assistance, adoption resources, financial assistance, food, housing, education, churches and other support services.

Post-abortion support is also available through a small-group restoration program for individuals experiencing emotional difficulties following an abortion. They are a nonprofit, non-denominational Christian organization that has served San Antonio since 1981. Its mission is to provide a Christ-centered plan and practical assistance for women and families experiencing unplanned pregnancies.
