A Woman’s Haven provides free pregnancy and parenting assistance in San Antonio for women who think they may be pregnant, are currently pregnant or have children under age 3. The nonprofit has served San Antonio and surrounding communities for nearly 50 years. All services are free and confidential. A Woman’s Haven provides free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds along with information and support to help women make informed decisions about their pregnancies.

Families can also receive material assistance, including maternity clothing, baby clothing, children's clothing through age 3, diapers and other baby necessities. A Woman’s Haven provides parenting classes, resume preparation and job-search assistance. Its staff can also connect clients with community resources for prenatal care, Pregnancy Medicaid, housing, utility assistance, childcare, food pantries, formula, car seats, breastfeeding support, education and child support.
