Allied Women’s Center – Free Pregnancy & Baby Assistance in San Antonio

Allied Women's Center helps pregnant women and families in San Antonio and South Texas who need practical, emotional or financial support during an unplanned or difficult pregnancy. Founded in 1994, Allied Women’s Center is a Catholic, pro-life nonprofit pregnancy resource center. The organization provides confidential consultations, free pregnancy testing, limited sonogram services, pregnancy information and practical assistance before and after a baby's birth.


AWC provides families with free material assistance, including diapers, wipes, baby clothing, formula, cribs, car seats and other baby and childcare supplies. The organization states that up to one year of material support is optimal for each client or family. Families experiencing financial hardship may also qualify for need-based financial assistance. Depending on circumstances and available resources, assistance may include help with rent, utilities, transportation or other critical needs.
