Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach is a nonprofit substance use treatment and recovery organization. They help individuals and families affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions through compassionate, comprehensive recovery services. They provide outpatient substance use treatment, co-occurring disorder services, peer recovery support, DWI intervention, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services, residential support and recovery resources. Free initial assessment available. Program fees may apply. Financial assistance or low-cost treatment options may be available for eligible individuals.

• Outpatient Substance Use Treatment — Individualized treatment, counseling, group support, relapse prevention and ongoing recovery services without requiring an overnight stay.
• Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment — Integrated support for individuals experiencing both substance use and mental health disorders.
• Peer Recovery Support — Recovery-focused guidance and encouragement from people who understand the recovery journey.
• DWI Intervention Program — Education, counseling and support designed to promote personal responsibility and reduce future alcohol- and drug-related driving behavior.
• Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Services — DOT-SAP services for employees in safety-sensitive positions who must meet return-to-duty requirements.
• Residential & Recovery Support — Supportive environments and services designed to help individuals establish stability and maintain long-term recovery.
