The Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center is a nonprofit senior activity center helping older adults in Bulverde, Spring Branch and surrounding communities remain active, healthy, independent and socially connected. The Center provides a wide variety of social, educational, recreational and wellness activities for older adults. Programs include exercise and fitness classes, bingo, card games, arts and crafts, book clubs, educational programs, day trips, fellowship meals, special events and opportunities to meet and build friendships with other older adults.

Health and fitness programs help seniors maintain strength, balance, mobility and overall wellness. Classes may include Balance & Strength, Active Aging Strength, yoga, line dancing, ballet barre, Zumba and other activities. The Center also has a fitness facility with cardio and strength-training equipment, including EGYM equipment designed to provide guided exercise. The Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center also operates Meals on Wheels for qualifying older adults who are homebound and unable to prepare their own meals. Meals are delivered throughout the Bulverde and Spring Branch area, helping seniors maintain proper nutrition while remaining safely in their homes.

Community outreach services help older adults address additional needs that may make independent living more difficult. Assistance may include transportation, home maintenance support, community resources and connections to other services. The Center also provides weekday fellowship meals where older adults can enjoy lunch while connecting with friends and other members of the community.
