Canines for Christ is a Christian, nonprofit therapy-dog ministry that brings love, hope, kindness, and compassion to people in need. Volunteer handlers and their dogs visit hospitals, nursing homes, hospice facilities, veterans’ hospitals, schools, prisons, crisis-response locations, and homes. The ministry serves individuals who may be sick, grieving, lonely, injured, disabled, or facing difficult circumstances while sharing the love of Jesus through animal-assisted therapy.
