CommuniCare provides affordable medical, dental, behavioral health, women's health, pediatric, and other healthcare services. Patients receive primary and preventive care, treatment for chronic health conditions, children's healthcare, prenatal and women's health services, dental care, behavioral health services, and other specialized care. Medicaid, Medicare and other insurance options are accepted, and qualifying patients may receive discounted services through a sliding-fee program. You must have a total family income that is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
