Connections Individual and Family Services is a nonprofit helping youth and families throughout South Central Texas. Programs include emergency shelter for youth who have run away or are experiencing homelessness, residential care for children in foster care, transitional services for older foster youth and young adults, free and affordable counseling, and prevention programs that help school-aged youth build resilience, coping skills and healthy behaviors.
