Day Center & Resource Hub

Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm (hot lunch served at noon) Location: 504 Avenue E, SATX 78215 (Fetter Hall at Grace Lutheran Church)

This program helps homeless basic needs, stay safe, and access case management services. Corazon provides daily hot meals, showers, access to restrooms, hygiene, public phone, charging stations, ID recovery, recreational activities, spiritual support and more. 

Corazon Winter & Inclement Weather Extended Hours & Shelter – In partnership with the City of San Antonio, Corazon provides extended day respite services and temporary shelter for clients during severe inclement weather or below freezing temperatures. Downtown Street Outreach

Corazon outreach team helps unhoused clients inside the Public Improvement District and adjacent areas. Corazon helps with locating shelter, accessing resources, transportation, navigating social services, connecting with medical care, recovering their identification, and applying for housing options.
