Corazon San Antonio – Homeless Services, Meals, Showers & Recovery Support

Corazón San Antonio provides low-barrier services designed to meet immediate needs while helping individuals move toward improved health, recovery, shelter, housing, and greater stability. People access services including hot meals, showers, hygiene supplies, restrooms, ID recovery, case management, health screenings, street outreach, recovery support, medical care, and connections to shelter, housing, and treatment resources.

Corazón provides free health and harm-reduction services through its drop-in center and mobile street outreach program. Services may include:

  • Blood-pressure and glucose checks
  • HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis testing
  • Naloxone distribution
  • Overdose-response education
  • Peer recovery coaching
  • Referrals to detoxification and residential treatment
  • Connections to medication-assisted treatment
  • Health insurance and medical-care referrals
