Corazon Ministries believes every person deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to thrive. For more than two decades, they have served individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, and other life challenges in the San Antonio community by providing pathways to stability, healing, and hope. Through our Day Center, Resource Hub, Health Clinic, Housing Case Management, Harm Reduction Outreach, Recovery Support Programs, hot meals, showers, clothing assistance, and community partnerships, they meet people where they are and walk alongside them on their journey toward self-sufficiency and transformation.
