Dixon Health & Wellness Center
Dixon Health & Wellness Center provides medical, dental, counseling and health education services for uninsured and low-income individuals and families. Located in Southeast San Antonio, the center takes an integrated approach to healthcare by addressing physical, dental and behavioral health needs. Eligible patients receive services on a sliding-fee scale based on their ability to pay, household income and family size.
