El Bari Community Health Center is a free charity clinic providing limited basic primary care to eligible uninsured adults in San Antonio. The clinic serves medically underserved individuals who cannot afford medical care, including qualifying patients with incomes below 150% of the poverty level who are not eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or CareLink. Services include medical consultations, preventive screening recommendations, chronic disease management and referrals to other healthcare facilities when patients require services beyond the clinic's capabilities.
