Empower House is a San Antonio nonprofit strengthening individuals, youth, families, and communities through community health, youth development, restorative justice, resource navigation, education, and community engagement. Originally founded as Martinez Street Women’s Center, the organization has expanded its programs while continuing to center the needs and experiences of women and girls. Community members can access health education and navigation, assistance connecting with public benefits and resources, youth programs, parenting support, restorative justice programs, digital inclusion initiatives, community events, and opportunities for civic and community engagement.
