Form Communities is a San Antonio-based nonprofit providing community-based mental health and recovery support for individuals throughout Texas. Programs include peer support, the San Antonio Clubhouse, substance use recovery support, peer specialist training and workforce development, employment assistance, community connection, and supportive housing. Form Communities focuses on helping people build meaningful relationships, find purpose, strengthen their recovery, and become active members of their communities.
