Gabriella’s Smile Foundation is a San Antonio nonprofit supporting children battling cancer and their families. They help families navigate the emotional, financial, and everyday challenges of childhood cancer by providing practical assistance, resources, family programs, and a supportive community. Through the Children’s Cancer Support Center, families can connect with parent support groups, bereavement support, educational workshops, health & wellness programs, resources and referrals, and social activities.

Gabriella’s Smile Foundation also provides financial assistance to help families facing expenses associated with cancer treatment, including emergency needs and assistance with groceries, gas, medical co-pays, and other essential costs. Additional programs include hospital support, Gabriella’s Gifts, family activities, caregiver events, holiday programs, and back-to-school assistance.
