God’s Messenger of Victorious People (GMOVP) is a faith-based San Antonio nonprofit helping people experiencing homelessness and low-income families connect with basic necessities, community resources, personal support, and opportunities to move toward greater stability and independence. GMOVP provides food, clothing, personal hygiene items, training, resources, and individualized support. The organization works one-on-one with unsheltered individuals to help them identify barriers, connect with available community services, and take steps toward independence and freedom from homelessness. As a faith-based organization, GMOVP also provides Christian discipleship for people who want to understand the Bible, strengthen their relationship with God, and grow spiritually. Life, marriage, and relationship coaching are also part of the organization’s broader efforts to help people build stronger and healthier lives.
