
Goodwill San Antonio is helps individuals overcome barriers to employment through career training, job placement, education, digital skills, reentry services, and personalized career support. Career services include one-on-one career coaching, résumé assistance, job applications, interview preparation, job leads, connections with employers, and guidance identifying career and training opportunities.
Programs include Medical Assistant, Nurse’s Aide, Pharmacy Technician, Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Manufacturing Boot Camp, and administrative professional training. Free Digital Literacy programs help individuals develop computer skills. Training includes computer basics, internet and email skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, online safety, job searching, and other digital skills.
They provide Reentry Services for individuals returning to the community after incarceration connect with job training, career coaching, employment opportunities, and supportive resources. The NXT Level Youth Opportunity Center helps eligible young adults ages 16–24 reconnect with education, career training, and employment.
