Grace Counseling is a mental health counseling program of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of San Antonio, providing affordable and professional counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Licensed therapists and supervised graduate-level counselors help individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, family conflict, substance use, anger, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.

Counseling services include individual therapy, children's counseling and play therapy, adolescent counseling, couples and marriage counseling, premarital counseling, family therapy, group counseling, trauma-informed care, and specialized mental health services. They offers faith-based counseling for individuals who want spirituality incorporated into their mental health care. Grace Counseling accepts insurance and offers sliding-scale payment options for eligible clients. Teletherapy and Spanish-speaking counseling services are also available.
