Help Me Grow Bexar County is a free resource and support network helping pregnant mothers and children up to 6 years connect with child development information, developmental screenings, parenting support, and community resources throughout San Antonio and Bexar County. Parents and caregivers can contact Help Me Grow with questions or concerns about how their child learns, speaks, behaves, plays, or moves. Specially trained Care Coordinators listen to families' concerns, provide information, and help connect them with appropriate programs and services in the community.

Help Me Grow offers free and confidential developmental screenings for young children. The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) helps parents better understand their child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem-solving, and personal-social development. A separate social-emotional questionnaire can help parents better understand their child's behavior and emotional development. Families receive activities they can use at home to encourage their child's development and, when appropriate, connections to additional early childhood programs and community resources.
