Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center (HCPCC) is a nonprofit, faith-based organization providing free and confidential pregnancy, sexual health, parenting, and family support services in Boerne, Comfort, and Leon Springs/Northwest San Antonio. Individuals who think they may be pregnant can receive free lab-quality pregnancy testing. For qualifying pregnancies, HCPCC also provides limited obstetrical ultrasounds to help determine how far along the pregnancy is and assess pregnancy viability.

Sexual health services include STI testing, treatment, referrals, and education. Services are confidential and designed to help individuals better understand their health and make informed decisions. Expecting and new parents can participate in prenatal, childbirth, and parenting classes. HCPCC also offers CPS-certified parenting classes and educational programs designed to strengthen parenting skills and prepare families for pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for a baby.

Parents can participate in educational programs while earning assistance with maternity and baby necessities. Available items may include diapers, wipes, baby and toddler clothing, maternity clothing, car seats, cribs, and other essential supplies. They help individuals apply for Medicaid and connect with other potential community and financial resources. Additional services include men's mentoring, pregnancy-options education, adoption referrals, after-abortion healing support, Bible studies, and school and community education addressing puberty, fetal development, STI prevention, and teen pregnancy prevention.
