Families experiencing financial hardship during a cancer journey can receive assistance with essential expenses. Support may include help with rent or housing, utilities, transportation to medical appointments, food, lodging during treatment, and other urgent family needs. They support children, adolescents, and young adults who have completed cancer treatment. The program recognizes that challenges can continue after treatment ends and provides resources, encouragement, and ongoing support to help young survivors move forward.
For families experiencing the death of a child receive compassionate grief and bereavement support. Assistance can include counseling resources, memorial support, remembrance activities, and help navigating the emotional and practical challenges associated with loss. The connect families with emotional and social support throughout the cancer journey. By working with hospitals, healthcare professionals, social workers, community organizations, and volunteers, the foundation helps families find resources appropriate to their individual circumstances.
