Horizon Pregnancy Resources is a nonprofit pregnancy resource center providing free and confidential pregnancy and sexual health services in northeast San Antonio. Individuals who think they may be pregnant can receive free lab-quality pregnancy testing with no insurance required. If a pregnancy test is positive and eligibility requirements are met, Horizon also provides limited obstetrical ultrasounds performed by licensed sonographers to help determine gestational age and whether a heartbeat is detectable.

Horizon provides confidential STI testing at no cost and can help individuals understand their results and connect with treatment when needed. For individuals facing an unexpected pregnancy, Horizon provides pregnancy-options education and a supportive environment where clients can ask questions and receive information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. Horizon does not perform or refer for abortion services.

Parents who choose to continue their pregnancy can access free parenting classes and additional resources designed to help prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for a child. Horizon can also connect individuals and families with medical and legal referrals and other community resources. Practical and educational support is available to help parents navigate pregnancy and early parenting.
