King’s Compassion – Help for Low-Income Homebound Seniors in San Antonio

King’s Compassion is a San Antonio nonprofit helping low-income, at-risk homebound seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by providing free essential goods, supportive services, and community connections. The organization brings assistance directly to seniors who may have difficulty leaving their homes because of age, physical limitations, financial hardship, lack of transportation, or other challenges.

Who Qualifies for King’s Compassion? 

  • Age 65 and older
  • Income: 110% of poverty level or below (2026: $1,463 one/$1,984 two)
  • Residing in one of the following current zip codes:

78201, 78202, 78203, 78204, 78205, 78207, 78210, 78211, 78212, 78225, 78226, 78228, 78237 & 78238
