Call the Outreach, Screening, Assessment, & Referral services (OSAR).
Individuals needing substance abuse services will be scheduled for a screening, either over the phone or in-person, to identify the extent of the substance abuse problem and discuss referral options based on the result of the screening.
Land Manor Wellness Centers is a Texas nonprofit providing residential and outpatient treatment for individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol addiction. Based in Beaumont, Land Manor serves individuals throughout Southeast Texas who need structured, professional support for substance use disorders and recovery. Land Manor provides residential addiction treatment, outpatient treatment, individual counseling, group therapy, family support, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, and treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
