Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas (MHM) operates two primary-care clinics in San Antonio and provides additional programs throughout a 74-county South Texas service area. Its San Antonio clinics serve people without insurance or the ability to pay standard fees; charges are based on a sliding fee scale, and MHM states that no one is turned away based on ability to pay.
