NXT LEVEL provides free job help for young adults, youth employment, education assistance, career coaching, life coaching, housing resources, transportation assistance, and San Antonio youth ages 16–24. NXT Level is a City of San Antonio youth opportunity program created in partnership with Goodwill San Antonio and Communities In Schools of San Antonio. It focuses on “opportunity youth” ages 16–24 who are not currently working or attending school or career training, helping them reconnect with education, employment and other resources.
Services
The NXT LEVEL Youth Opportunity Center is a safe place where you can meet with a coach who will offer you support, empowerment and access to new opportunities! We are currently supporting you with virtual and in-person appointments!
SUPPORT
They help you define success and help you achieve it! You can expect to have one-on-one coaching sessions as often as you’d like to identify anything going on in your life that may need some help. Together, you will create a plan and a meeting schedule to make sure you are safe and feel comfortable exploring your NXT LEVEL.
OPPORTUNITY
When you are ready to get to the NXT LEVEL, they will help you go back to school if that is the right step for you or find a job related to your interest. Once you start, they will continue to be there for you to make sure you meet your goals.
EMPOWERMENT
They are here to be your cheerleader and guide you in the right direction. In order to get you to your NXT LEVEL, they will make sure you have all the tools you need to be successful. Some things they can help with are finding a safe place to sleep, transportation, child care, or just being there for you when you need us.
