Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) Community Counseling Service provides affordable mental health counseling and psychological services for individuals, couples and families in San Antonio and throughout Texas. Services include individual counseling, couples and marital counseling, family counseling, psychological testing and teletherapy.

They focus on meeting the mental health needs of the San Antonio community, especially residents of the West Side. Confidential counseling is provided by psychologists, family therapists, counselors, and supervised doctoral and master's-level graduate students. Counseling fees are based on household income and family size, and the Community Counseling Service is a Medicaid provider. Ability to pay does not have to prevent someone from receiving help. Spanish-speaking counseling services are also available.
