Parent/Child Incorporated is a San Antonio nonprofit providing Head Start, Early Head Start and comprehensive early childhood education and family support services for eligible children and families throughout San Antonio and Bexar County. They provide early learning opportunities for infants, toddlers and preschool-age children. Programs support children's educational, social, emotional and physical development.

Services include early childhood education, health & developmental screenings, nutrition services, mental health support, disability services and family engagement. Children may receive vision and hearing screenings, health monitoring and referrals when additional services are needed. Parent/Child Incorporated recognizes parents and caregivers as a child's first and most important teachers. Families are encouraged to participate in their child's education through parent conferences, teacher home visits, classroom volunteering, committees and other family activities.

They also provide parenting education, health & nutrition information, literacy assistance, job training resources, adult education and connections to community services. Services are also available for expectant families through Early Head Start. Support may include prenatal and postnatal education, parenting skills, infant care education and resources designed to help parents prepare for their baby's arrival and development.
