R3 Student Outreach was founded in 2019 by Juan Ramos and Angela Williams. Alongside an incredible team they have helped serve over 3,000 youth and young adults with tutoring, mentorship, food, clothing and resources. R3 is building on the mission to Revive, Renew and Restore the minds & hearts of young people. We exist too: Revitalize the youth of our city, renew hope, confidence and direction and restore worth, dignity and identity to the individual.
