We are a trusted sanctuary for individuals and families navigating the unique challenges and triumphs of IDD. We provide comprehensive services to over 200 individuals. Housing options have expanded to meet diverse needs: some participants live with their families and receive in-home support, while others reside in HCS (Medicaid-funded) homes shared by 3-4 individuals or in traditional six-bed ICF (Medicaid-funded) group homes thoughtfully integrated throughout San Antonio.

We offer programs that enrich lives and empower participants. The Life Enrichment Program (LEP) ensures individuals stay connected to their community, while the Supported Employment Program equips participants with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in the workforce. Together, these initiatives reinforce RMI’s commitment to building a world where everyone, regardless of ability, can thrive.
