You find both a clinical and/or Christ-centered approach to personal growth and mental/spiritual wellness. Some clients may be having a difficult time dealing with life transitions, relationships, creating healthy boundaries, parenting issues, mental illness, or struggling through spiritual or ministerial matters.

RSC treat adults, children, adolescents, couples and family systems. Areas of specialization include: academic/behavioral issues, anger, anxiety/depression, family conflict, grief, relational aggression, self-esteem issues, and trauma. After the initial intake, I am also able to provide teletherapy – via phone or online video conferencing.

RSC uses several modalities based on each client’s needs. These range from cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy. RSC incorporates Christian/Spiritual counseling from a Biblical perspective upon client request. RCS has experience preparing employment & immigration mental health evaluations. ¡Y hablo español!
