The Road Home Program provides free, specialized mental health care for veterans, active-duty service members and military families experiencing PTSD, military sexual trauma (MST), depression and other challenges related to military service. Treatment options include an intensive two-week in-person program, outpatient mental health care, family and couples counseling, support groups, wellness services and virtual accelerated treatment. Services are available regardless of length of military service or discharge status.
