San Antonio Birth Doulas (SABD) supports expectant and new parents throughout pregnancy, labor, childbirth and the postpartum period. Services include birth and postpartum doulas, childbirth and parenting education, breastfeeding and lactation support, newborn-care education, car seat assistance and material support for families. Free services are available to qualifying low-income pregnant people and pregnant and parenting teens and their families.Must be one of the following:

• Pregnant and/or Parenting at least one child under 36 months of age
• There are no income or insurance requirements to receive services.
