The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Southwest Texas guides and oversees 52 Catholic parish-based location sites called Conferences. Families who are hurting come to these sites, where they know they will be welcomed and will receive staple food items- bags of produce, milk, eggs, meat, canned goods- for free thanks to partnerships with local donors and food banks.

We assist with rent and utility assistance, food, clothing, and more. Our coverage area spans 19 counties. Based on where you reside, our office staff will guide you to help you find the site that is closest to you. Depending on your location and the program you qualify for, you may be asked to provide income verification for eligibility purposes.
