SS American Memorial Foundation is a Texas nonprofit supporting Veterans, active-duty Service Members, wounded warriors, first responders and their families through respite, nature-based wellness, retreats, fellowship, historical education and community support. The Foundation operates its programs at Lazy U Ranch Settlement, a 70-acre property along the Guadalupe River in Seguin, Texas. The ranch provides outdoor spaces, walking trails, camping, historic facilities and gathering areas designed to promote restoration, connection and remembrance. Approved Veteran, military, nonprofit, school, religious, mental-health, wellness and rehabilitation organizations may also use the property free of charge under the Foundation's guidelines.
