Mission: One of the most challenging issues in the Westside Community of San Antonio, Texas, is families comprised of Single Parents and children with little to no involvement of the other parent in their children's lives.
We specialize in reunification visitation for families experiencing drug-related issues, mental and emotional challenges, parents estranged from their children, and newly discovered parentage. Visitation occurs in a homelike setting and is available for expedited and regularly occurring visitations for two or more hours with extended time. Hourly visitation fee is $50 with a sliding scale available to families with qualifying incomes. A $50 intake appointment per party is required before the start of visitation to evaluate and prepare planning goals.
Supervised Visitation
Supportive Visitation maintains the protection and safety of the participants and provides active interventions that support and encourage parents and children to have smooth, consistent visits.
Supervised Visitation services are available onsite in our centrally located homelike environment, in the community or in the homes of our families.
Supervised Exchanges
Supervised exchanged with strict no contact procedures protect parents from each other and prevent the child from witnessing conflict. These exchanges will occur at our centrally located BLU house facility.
There are several reasons a judge may order supervised visitation. Abuse or violence. Courts frown upon any type of violence of abuse, emotional harm, risk of abduction, incarceration, or the preference of the child.
Parent Education
Supervised visits with a parenting curriculum incorporated in your visit to develop parenting and life skills. Coaching Curriculum built using the entrance evaluation and the desired skills of the parent.
Nurturing Parenting is an 8, 12, or 16-week class in conjunction with Supervised Visitation. After assessment, you and your parenting coach can customize a plan best suited to your needs and enhancing your parenting skills.
By participating, you are pledging that life for your children will be full of love. Nurturing ourselves, teaching our children how to be nurtured, and how to nurture others.
