
The Gonzaba Foundation for Healthier Communities provides free programs, resources, and assistance for adults age 60 and older in San Antonio. Its mission is to improve seniors' quality of life while supporting healthy aging, independence, social connection, and the ability to age in place. The Foundation works with community partners, volunteers, senior advocates, and local leaders to identify and address the needs of older adults. Programs help seniors access fresh food, household and hygiene essentials, lawn assistance, recreational and social opportunities, community resources, and activities that promote physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being.
