The SHARE Center provides free and confidential pregnancy, sexual health, and parenting support for women, men, couples, and families in Spring Branch, Bulverde, and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities. Individuals who think they may be pregnant can receive free pregnancy testing, pregnancy confirmation through obstetric ultrasound when appropriate, and confidential consultations to better understand their pregnancy and available options. The SHARE Center also provides STI testing, prenatal and parenting education, material assistance, baby supplies, support for fathers and partners, community resource referrals, and ongoing support for parents during pregnancy and after their baby is born. All services are provided at no cost, and no insurance is required.
