This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. empowers girls and young women in San Antonio and surrounding communities through mentorship, personal development, life-skills education, leadership opportunities, safety training, college exposure, career development, and sisterhood. Founded in 2015, the nonprofit creates safe, positive environments where girls can build confidence, strengthen their character, develop practical skills, explore their future, and form supportive relationships with mentors and other young women. Programs and activities include charm school workshops, personal safety training, HBCU college tours, scholarships, career and financial education, leadership development, step-team activities, mental health awareness, community service, youth conferences, and other opportunities designed to help girls reach their full potential.
