counties. Survivors can receive emergency shelter, 24/7 crisis support, safety planning, counseling, victim advocacy, legal advocacy, case management, support groups, hospital and court accompaniment, and assistance connecting with housing, benefits, transportation, and other community resources. You do not have to stay in the emergency shelter to receive services. They serve approximately 500 survivors of abuse each year. While their foremost concern is ensuring physical safety, our goal is also to help survivors recover psychologically and emotionally as they build a life free from violence.
