Towne Twin Village provides permanent supportive housing for older adults experiencing chronic homelessness in San Antonio. Located on the city's East Side, the community uses Housing First principles—providing people with stable housing and then surrounding them with services that support health, independence, dignity, and long-term housing stability. Residents live in a supportive community that includes tiny homes and other housing options along with extensive on-site services. Support includes medical, dental and mental health care, addiction recovery services, care coordination, meals, transportation, recreational activities, life-skills education, and opportunities for social connection.
