204 housing units for individuals 50+ who have histories of homelessness. 100 Tiny houses, 25 RVs, and 80 efficiency apartments varying in style and layout, each ~400-500 sq ft. All units include an ADA restroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette, living & sleeping areas (either combined or separate rooms), and front porch.

San Antonio Catholic Worker House will provide its hospitality ministries for residents and unhoused guests alike. Offerings include meals, showers, hygiene supplies, barber, nail care, laundry, postal service, phone, Wi-Fi, movies, games, and more.
