The UTSA Sarabia Family Counseling Center offers free mental health counseling to individuals, couples and families in the San Antonio community. Located at UTSA's Downtown Campus, the center provides supervised counseling services for people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and other life challenges. Services are provided by master's- and doctoral-level counseling students who receive supervision from university faculty and other qualified supervisors.
