San Antonio Vet Centers provide free, confidential counseling and support to eligible Veterans, service members and their families. Counselors help with PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, military sexual trauma, relationship difficulties and the transition from military to civilian life. Individual, group, couples and family counseling are available, along with referrals to VA benefits and other community resources. Veterans do not need to be enrolled in VA health care or have a service-connected disability to qualify for Vet Center services.
