Wesley Health & Wellness Center
Wesley Health & Wellness Center helps uninsured and underserved San Antonio residents access affordable medical, dental and behavioral health services. Located on the South Side, the center provides primary health care, dental services, counseling and case management along with programs addressing nutrition, parenting, exercise and overall wellness. Fees for clinical services are based on household income, family size and ability to pay, and Methodist Healthcare Ministries states that no one will be turned away based on inability to pay.
